Biography
Helen leads RSM's Mergers and Acquisitions team in the Midlands. She has 15 years’ experience in transactions, specialising in mid-market deals, leading and advising on a wide range of transactions including private equity and debt-backed management buy outs, disposals, acquisitions and development fund-raising.
Helen works closely with her clients to understand the drivers behind their strategic and personal objectives and so maximise shareholder return.
Helen drives multi-faceted deal teams to deliver transactions and significant business change for clients across a range of market sectors and negotiates complex and critical deal issues and drivers with a range of stakeholders
Helen has experience across a wide range of sectors including technical testing, distribution, healthcare, and food and drink. Her recent deal highlights include the tertiary buy-out of Cawood Scientific by Waterland Private Equity, the buy out of You Garden by Kester Capital and the sale of Initial Packaging to Coveris Group.
