Biography
John is a Partner and leads RSM's Mergers and Acquisitions team in the Midlands. He has 20 years’ experience in transactions, specialising in mid-market deals, leading and advising on a wide range of transactions including private equity and debt-backed management buy outs, disposals, acquisitions and development fund-raising. John also leads the M&A business in the Industrial sector.
